Accurate diagnostics performed, replacement part ordered and fitted efficiently by skilled mechanic. They performed a comprehensive test drive to ensure the problem was rectified. The whole team were very friendly, professional and able to accommodate me at relatively short notice in their busy schedule. Amazing service from John and his team... fitted my car in as quick as he could last week even though he is so busy. Always great advice and fair price. And then today he fitted my car in when I called with a grinding on the brakes and looked at it straight away and took the stone causing the noise out there and then with no charge! I recommend JR Motors without hesitation, thanks John!

I know nothing about cars. Luckily though, I know John and he does know about cars. He is very good at keeping me on the road and quality service is guaranteed at fair prices. Excellent service! Very pleased with staff, their good time management, and quality of work. Have used quite a few garages in Elgin and around and this one is definitely the best. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have taken our cars here for MOTs and annual Services for the past two years. We have always had quick turnarouns, fair prices and really friendly service. No mucking about and they are always willing to go the extra mile if you need it. Highly recommended as a top provider in the area.

Been with John's garage for years and always a reliable service. They even took on a major overhaul of my Discovery, including a new chassis fit. The job lasted over a month and I was kept fully informed of its progress and discussed any changes or improvements, again with a friendly customer-focused approach on quality and reliability. It's a one-stop-shop for me these days.

I realized my MOT had ran out and as i do courier work it needed to be done ASAP. I called all my local Mot centers in Inverness the earliest i could get one was about two weeks away so i started to look elsewhere, by good luck i found JR Motors on google. When i called and explained my situation a very pleasant Lady in reception said she had no slot available for a few days but would speak to the garage manager about my situation, i was asked to bring my van in that very same afternoon and it would be ready for me by 10am the next day. "Now That's What I Call Service." Thank you again for your help, even although i have to travel over 40 miles my future mot's will be booked with JR Motors Elgin.
