“One person working here always has great customer service. A real stand out employee. But in my experience all staff I've dealt with have been helpful and try to find the right things I need. If something wasn't available they try to suggest other things too. Overall a good shop with a lot of variety. If you don't know ScrewFix, it's like Argos (or Consumers Distributing for Canadians) where the stuff is basically a pickup service. So shop ahead and pick up.”

“Our first visit was for lunch, and we were in a bit of a rush, so we didn't get any time to look around, but it looked some size of a place?We chose the fish and chips lunchtime special, and it was a generous portion and good value for the money. Excellent sized latte supplied as well as often I find the cups too small.Hopefully, I will get a chance to explore both the store and the menu in more depth on our next visit!”
