Staff at Harbro in Elgin, in particular Amanda and Bill, have gone out of their way to help me. Although there is no delivery option in the store, they offered to bring my heavy order to my home for me and Bill brought it into my house for me. I can?t tell you how much this meant to me! I am elderly and can?t lift the big bags of layers pellets, or hay or dog food etc, so their help was so amazing! Thank you so much to Amanda and Bill.

Vast improvement on my last visit. Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Let's hope they keep it up. Prices a bit steep but good range of products to choose from.

Have bought bird feed from three times and found the the experience lacking but but my latest purchase will be my last. After buying what was over priced pellets the staff sent me into there own store room to try and find the feed which I had to load myself and take back through the store so that they could stand and gossip at the tills. If I paying that much for feed I shouldn't have to do there job for them too.
