Magical service from Mark and Jen - I drove from London ? but left the roof box keys at home. Within an hour they got me into it and all fixed again. Never experienced help like it!!!

Amazing service, totally helped me out of a tight spot! Evening before our child went back to school, he managed to rip off his bikes tyre valve which left us no way to get him to school easily. In a panicked rush I got to Halford Elgin before they closed and the lovely Tom made sure the bike was sorted and fixed for us! He really friendly and worked quickly and the price for the repair was really reasonable! Thank you sooo much Tom and Halfords for helping us out. It has saved tomorrow being a right pain to get to and fro school for our child/me! Can't fault them and it's not the first time this branch has given great service ???

I had great service from Jamie at the Elgin Halfords today. He fitted a car seat for us and nothing was too much trouble. He even took the display model out to check if it would fit in our car, which we really appreciated. Once we decided to buy it, he installed the new seat with no fuss and made sure it was secure. He also cleared away all the packaging for us. Jamie made the whole process easy and straightforward, and we left very happy with the service.

Booked an appointment with Halfords in Elgin to purchase a DashCam and have it fitted. The fitter, Mark, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and even took time to navigate through the whole DashCam system. Can?t recommend highly enough
