We went today to look for new watches for me and my wife. We wanted to treat ourselves a bit. We found wide range of watches to choose from.
Azra one of the staff member that was helping us was very polite , patient and helpful showing us every watch even when we could not decide. Thank you so much ? will be back to buy next watches soon ?

Fantastic service in-store today! Ordered a wedding ring here and was worried when I tried it on, I couldn't get it passed my knuckle. Took it in to the Elgin branch and Paul adjusted it in just a couple of minutes free of charge. Very friendly staff, recommend this store to anyone looking for jewellery or watches at great prices!

Absolutely fantastic experience! My fiancé and I went in on Wednesday to look at wedding ring, Pam was extremely helpful and just absolutely lovely. We discussed different options and said I would be back on Saturday once we've had a chance to think about it. Came back today and Pam was working again, so I was very pleased after all her advice on Wednesday that she would order the rings for me. Pam, again, was extremely friendly and made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. Cannot recommend going here enough!

They now do piercing. Yay.
Paul was great. Listened to what i wanted and knew his stuff. A great place to get your ears or whatever pierced. There's a great selection of earrings at all prices.
