I was recommended this garage by a friend as I don't live in this area however an MOT and service date were due . Absolutely delighted that I trusted them with my car . At the garage I usually use at home I have to take the car for 9o'clock and then wait most of the day for them to call and say the car is ready . At GLM I was given an appointment time and told how long it would take ___ brilliant custmer service .

MOT: Very pernickety, e.g failed number plates (spacing of letters) which Hawco had pased on two previous MOTs. But didn't fail important issues like offside rear coil spring or tyre with bulge.

Had Major van issues, but GLM fitted me in (even though really busy) replaced faulty Parts and serviced van, Also had updates on Parts and costs. I live over 100 miles west of Elgin, but will be back for future services, second Time I've used GLM ???

Put van in for mot fail put it back in with four days said it failed again on light bulbs got new ones for them said there would do it Friday Friday came said it would get done Monday Monday came phoned to see if there was going to get it done lady in office could nae cared less and was rude never use again

My car needed a fairly big job that needed doing on it that not many other garages would touch without going to a main dealer. They took on the job no issues or qualms. Really approachable and reliable staff, the lady I spoke to was lovely, informative and honest. Updates were given when deemed required, and no extra work was carried out that wasn't needed. The mechanic I spoke to was knowledgeable, and honest. Really struggle with trust issues with taking my car to garages but I'd be more than happy to return to them.Thank you very much for fitting me in at relatively short notice but still carrying out the work to a high standard.

Great service,!! we called in on the off chance as we had a break warning light come on on our motorhome and needed to check it was safe to continue our trip north. Lisa was very helpful and got a mechanic to check it over who said that it would be fine to continue. we decided to book it in a few days later after visiting friends in Inverness just for peace of mind This is a very friendly well run garage and would definitely recommend it to anyone as a good garage is hard to find in our days
