Having never purchased a car previously that I haven?t seen, made me a little nervous. However, the ideal car was found on the web site but it was unfortunately 8 hours drive away from my home, so there was little chance of getting to Elgin to inspect the car and I relied totally on this family run garage to answer my questions and ensure the car was up to scratch. John, the owner, explained that there reputation relied on them being accurate in the description as they didn?t want to arrange a delivery and then have it returned because it was not as described. I am glad to say that I was not disappointed, the car was everything if not better than I expected. The garage had thoroughly inspected the vehicle, gave it a full service and replaced components that didn?t meet their standards, in my case the brakes, discs and tyres. John also arranged for the car to be brought down to Carlisle so I could pick it up, a round trip of 8 hours for one of his team. The car was excellent, not a mark on it. Moreover, the service and help I received was excellent throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, if you are fortunate enough to find a car being sold by Elgin Autos, I can assure you that you will receive customer service that is second to none.

Provided a seamless experience in purchasing a spotless RS3 from these guys. Nothing was ever an issue for them and they went above and beyond to sort me out with what I required. Would absolutely recommend them and I'll definitely be back in the future! Amazing business.

I loved my experience with Elgin Autos, it was seamless from start to finish. Lovely family run business, John and his dad were super hospitable, helpful and knowledgeable! Not to mention my car is perfect ? ?I do hope when it comes round to my next purchase, they have what I?m looking for because I would definitely use this garage again ?

Dealt directly with Andrew. Whole process was incredibly easy. Went to view the car around 1/1.30pm, paperwork was basically done by 6pm and we picked up the car the next day. Andrew was incredibly helpful and great with his communication throughout. 100% recommend using. Couldn't have asked for any better!! Thank you Andrew and Elgin Autos for making everything hassle free!

Andrew and John are absolute diamonds and their approach to customer care is the same whether you?re buying a low cost runabout or a high cost super car which none of the large dealers could get anywhere near. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a used car to get in touch with these guys as you will not be disappointed

Absolute professional. Our new vehicle was fully prepared and waiting for us and was everything that had been promised and more!! This family owned dealership is by far the best dealership I?ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, well worth the 5 stars if there was a 10 it would of been 10, I?ve dealt with many main dealers in my time and none of them have come close to how Andrew & John from Elgin Autos treated me, customer service was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable guys, the quality of stock available was great, well worth the trip up from London. I?m a very happy customer and have already asked John to source another vehicle for me and would highly recommend Elgin Autos. Very trustworthy people, good job guys, looking forward to my next trip up hopefully to collect another vehicle.
