Developing the Young Workforce is a national government funded project made up of 21 regional groups across Scotland, with an overall aim to provide more opportunities for young people to be better prepared for the world of work, and lower youth unemployment. As an employer-led organisation, we work with businesses in Moray to help provide young people with more opportunities to develop their employability skills.
