as a disabled shopper i cant understand what the one star review is about.my experience was one of the best, i first rang in the morning explained what the job was and asked for advice i was given what could only be explained as a completely encyclopedic knowledge and understanding of their range and the options available the only thing i could not do on the phone was choose the color i then asked for their name so i would get the same guy and not have to go through the whole thing again only to find i was talking to the van driver and he maybe out on a delivery he said he reserve the mix base i would need and inform a colleague of my requirements,this was the case when i turned up the guy i dealt had had passed on the relevant information i sorted the color whole thing from arrival to finish was no more than a few minutesi am more than happy and would give six stars if possible the two staff that i dealt with are a tremendous asset to this store !!!!!
