Ordered a bed and matress from Dreams Elgin was greeted by Craig who was very informative but not pushy. The bed was delivered as arranged the delivery team were also very efficient they assembled the bed and took away all packaging. The whole process of getting a new bed was made so easy by the team

Bought a double bed and mattress. Salesman was able to explain the differences between the products but without trying to bamboozle me with jargon or sell me things I didn't need.

Craig was very helpful showed us the sleep motion to measure us he was helpful but not to intrusive whist we browsed the beds
His comments allowed us to select what we wanted from the range in store and gave us a good price

What a great experience my husband and I had going into Dreams in Elgin. We were greeted by Naomi who was friendly, helpful, informative and well, just really nice. A large range of beds and mattresses to choose from and headboards and bedside tables. Naomi was extremely patient in helping us finally choose the right bed, mattress and bedside tables. We did change our minds several times but what was really nice is Naomi just helped when she felt she was needed and left us to decide privately. When decisions were made Naomi was efficient and helpful in making up our order. Would highly recommend Dreams and their staff.

Ordered a bed shop assistants where very good and helpful. No complaints there, however the service from there on in woeful eventually cancelled my order ( ordered in March came to delivery they cancelled and couldn't deliver till mid June) and went to Anderson and England delivery on time thanks to them. My advice good sales team crap delivery and customer service go elsewhere for delivery and customer service.
