Is this shop ever open? We've been into Elgin to visit Claires on two different occasions this week only for it to be closed with signs in the window, back in 10 minutes as carrying out an interview and back at 1:30 after lunch break. The first instance we came back after half an hour and it was still shut and we then went again at 1:45 today, and the store was still shut. Absolute disgrace!

I just had my daughter?s 7th Birthday Party at Claire?s. The girls all had a wonderful time. They really enjoyed the temporary tattoos and colourful hair spray. They also got to play a game of musical statues with a face mask and sweetie each as a prize. A great time was had by all. They all said they had the time of their lives and we would definitely book again.

Had my daughters 7th party and it was fab! The ladies were absolutely great, so helpful, so attentive and the girls had an amazing time! Would highly recommend it, all the girls were asking to go back, my daughter says she?ll definitely have her party here next year!

My daughter and her friends had a fantastic time at her birthday party today. Shopping, games, catwalk, hair and nails, they loved it! Such great value for money and staff were lovely! Would definitely recommend for birthday parties!
