I had an unpleasant visit in your Elgin shop today. I usually visit your store for all my cards and sometimes buy gifts too. Today I was looking at mugs with ages on them.. On little labels were the price which was £4.99 but there were big yellow tickets across that shelf and other shelves with £1.99 so I thought wow that's a bargain as I know I've had good sales before but went up to till and a young lad served me and said oh no they're £4.99 I said well they've been wrongly priced and they should still give me them at that price which I've had before in other stores but he wasn't very nice and said that wasn't the caseNot happy at all... I even took pics but your store hasn't an e mail address that's why I've wrote it on here

I was served by a lovely assistant, Tracey, but before that I noticed the time she took with an elderly customer, her patience and understanding were Wonderful. Praise goes to Tracey, in The Card Factory ELGIN. ?????
