Very good cattery. Always accomodating and reasonable pricing. They include food during your pets stay although I always bring my own due to the fussiness of my girls. My cats always enjoy their stay here despite having to travel 3 hours by car but they love the large pens and heated igloos. I never worry about leaving my beloved pets here whilst we go away for a few days. Great drop off and pick up times. Easy to get to. Staff are always pleasant on arrival. Would definitely recommend. ?

Lovely establishment. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful and reassuring. All the guests seemed very happy. It's also extremely clean.

I've 2 nervous spaniels and they are happy at Brumley Brae. I was shocked when I found out that they had been able to take them both out for a walk as I didn't think this was going to be possible. Staff are always very caring and considerate and the place is always immaculate.

I will never put my Dog there again Her bedding in her crate was saturated in urine when I picked her up My dog never wets in her crate at home or when she's in her usual kennels When I complained I was told that she must have done it since she was checked in the morning & when she was picked up at 10.15 am They did refund me about 50% of my balance but the state everything was in I think its an insult Also didn't like tone of person who phoned me back 24 hrs after I left complaint Phone call was followed later by email with my name wrong & also so many facts in email were all untrue I felt my dog was neglected

I have been using Brumley Brae since I got my rescue dog in 2021 and they always take such good care of her - when I drop her off for a weekend stay she dosnt even say bye and just trots off with the staff!

It's hard to find somewhere you trust with your pets when they're rescue dogs and a bit nervous but Brumley Brae have been brilliant. They even took my diabetic dog straight to vet when he wasn't looking well and definitely saved his life. My other dog Rebel is very scared of people but is always so happy to come to stay and goes with all staff with a very happy tail and no looking back!

We have arranged for our 2 cats to be boarded here for 28 days whilst we relocate from overseas back to Scotland. The staff here have been very helpful, professional and caring throughout this difficult process. The cats are housed in large separate runs with cat flap to external areas again separate. The cattery / kennels are in extensive grounds conveniently located just outside Elgin. Opening times are restricted to ensure care for animals. Highly recommended as an excellent cat / dog boarding facility..not cheap but worth every penny for the care and peace of mind. We can readily make regular visits during operating hours.

The only kennels I?ll use!
Hamish loves his visit every time. He gets so excited to go, and he?s always happy when I collect him. My mind is at ease knowing he?s being looked after - despite his occasional behaviour issues - the staff are wonderful.

Looked after our Vizsla for a week in October holidays. She is shy being a rescue dog and we lost her brother Max middle of the year so we're quite apprehensive about leaving her. Staff were very reassuring and we left her and felt at ease. Staff even kept in touch whilst we were away to give us an update. Dog was exercised regularly and given one to one interaction. Would definitely use again. Thank you

Just got my dogs back and can clearly see they were looked after, they haven't put any weight on at all and are their usual lively selves. Their stay was also fairly short notice and the friendly staff were more than helpful and communicative. Will use again for sure! Thank you!

Staff are always very welcoming and pleasant when our cats are dropped off.Cats are well looked after and there have never been any issues. Always very accommodating
