Incredibly rude staff who spent their time chatting amongst each other rather then serve me despite waiting for over 10 mins. Went to bairds down the street and got quick personal service so go there not boots. Shocking.

Was served by Marnie yesterday, approached me when I looked lost in the store. Was incredibly knowledgable when I asked questions, had the answer to every single one. Sooo friendly too, just made me feel so so welcome and couldn?t have asked for a better experience. She is definitely a credit to the store, a wonderful experience and I will be returning because of her.

Always very helpful when you go in though medication tube sizes are getting smaller and so only last half the time. Instead of 30g tubes it's now 15g.
