Incredibly rude staff who spent their time chatting amongst each other rather then serve me despite waiting for over 10 mins. Went to bairds down the street and got quick personal service so go there not boots. Shocking.

Was served by Marnie yesterday, approached me when I looked lost in the store. Was incredibly knowledgable when I asked questions, had the answer to every single one.
