It's carnage using it as there's no specified way in and out. I've had issues with pumps not clicking off and the staff didn't really seem to care.
All in all it serves it's purpose.

Ordered Lindemans Bin 50 wine online from New Elgin Service Station on Snappy Shopper to have with mixed pakoras also ordered. Got a wine substitute with no warning or indication of this substitution. Wine given was far inferior to wine ordered. However, I had already put the pakoras in the oven and heated them before I noticed the wrong wine. I immediately called the no. on the receipt, which turned out to be for Bishopmill Service Station, despite me selecting to order from New Elgin Service Station on Snappy Shopper. My pakoras were hard and way overheated by the time I was given the correct wine hours later (at 10.25pm when I?d actually fallen asleep). I said to the guy who brought the replacement wine that I wanted a replacement mixed pakoras as mine were now inedible. (I had most of my stomach removed, and stomach acid blocked, and HAVE to have red wine to digest such foods as pakoras). Guy was totally non remorseful and basically told me he?d given me pakoras cold, so that was that. I gave the dried out chicken pakoras to my dogs, and the others will go to the birds. Absolutely fuming. Seems like deliberate customer trickery and deception letting you choose to order from New Elgin Service Station or Bishopmill Service Station, when ALL orders are from Bishopmill Service Station. Not a happy bunny, to put it mildly.

Every time I?ve ordered a delivery from them there has been issues. Melted ice cream, hot food that?s stone cold. Had over £20 worth of an order missing once and had to go in a few days later to remind them to refund me after I had seen they hadn?t done it. I don?t like leaving bad reviews but this place earned it.
