very snazzy and fancy shop & cafe! they always have some great items, great for gifts and for treating yourself once in a while. the food is always cooked very good and made with love. my only problem about the atmosphere though is the very bright-ish lights. i fully recommend this cafe and shop!

Good tearoom and served freshly baked gluten free scones. Yum!! Friendly staff, nice hot coffee. Didn?t visit the gift shop but looked good.

Nice place for a snack and meet up with friends. Stairs may be demanding on those with mobility issues.Wheelchair accessibility: Cafe is first floor, as stated steep stairs to access cafe.

Went in to look at teddy bears with a friend and our babies, the staff was really rude and accused us of stealing. It was made very obvious we were not welcome in the shop. Not a family friendly place!

The shop has some amazing greeting cards and gifts. Restaurant always offers great choice of food and never fails to please. Staff always friendly and give great service.

Amazing coffee!! We had coffee and cake here and it was so lovely. The staff members were friendly and the cakes were very tasty and home-made.

Went here today with my friend Jackie. What a lovely cafe. Lovely staff and spotlessly clean. We only had 2 delicious cheese scone and 2 latte's ..I'm addicted to cheese scones and have never been disappointed yet. I highly recommend this Cafe ?
