Friendly staff with lots of useful knowledge on the services they provide. Plenty of modernisation including automatic pay-in machines and ATMs. Never overly crowded.

My last 2 or 3 visits here have been extremely poor. Due to covid rules, I, along with 5 others waited outside because no one was around the entrance to invite us in.
