“I've never experienced today and was panicking. I lost phone, purse thought someone had stolen it ...but the cslm person in charge just tracked my steps . She was calm and so supportive looked where I'd shopped. And found it.....her lovely face as I gave her a cuddle ...so in charge and a lovely woman x”
