This store has went down hill. The shelves are poorly stocked, the toilets are disgusting The smell of them turns my stomach. You can smell them outside by the newspaper stand. I complained to a staff member who told me they had been cleaned earlier in the day. In my opinion supermarket toilets should be checked and cleaned every hour or so . A lot of people use them. From now on I will be shopping elsewhere.

Why does this store smell of pee ? When asda was first opened it was OK but ever since they installed the new soak away toilet it is now smelling of urine all around the store. Health and safety should not allow this practice to be happening

I've never experienced today and was panicking. I lost phone, purse thought someone had stolen it ...but the cslm person in charge just tracked my steps . She was calm and so supportive looked where I'd shopped. And found it.....her lovely face as I gave her a cuddle ...so in charge and a lovely woman x
