Kid-friendliness: Great selection for kids

The food is good, but the prices are absurd for the little food you are served. I paid almost £20 for a pasta plate and left the place as hungry as when I entered. This is the type of Italian restaurant where you would never see any Italians eating in. The drinks are extremely overpriced too.

Ola was absolutely lovely and a ray of sunshine. In a very busy restaurant she made us feel like we had her full attention, and she was always kind and attentive and just generally lovely. I hope she?ll be there next time too ? and the food was amazing!

Wheelchair accessibility: Step to front door but very wide so easily doable. Assume fire door could be opened if necessary and decent disabled toilets

Food was great as it always is in Zizzi. The service was outstanding, we arrived 20 minutes early and managed to get seated straight away (given it wasn't too busy), the hosts were extremely attentive, very polite and ensured that food and drink was delivered quickly. Huge props to the whole team

We booked a table but arrived early and we're seated without problem. We rarely go out for dinner with our 7 and 3yr old but we were holidaying in Edinburgh and saw the 'kids ear free' half term offer. The service we received was amazing. A lovely gent served us and our 3yr old was bewitched with her new friend! Nothing was too much trouble. All our food came to us timely. We didn't feel rushed. Items were hot and everything was correct with our food. The kids got colour in menus with puzzles and Crayola twistables to keep them entertained. We were seated by a window so the children could also see the buses go by. We were very impressed with our service. We sadly didn't get the kids eat free deal. Not sure why. I redeemed a blue light discount so maybe they can't be used in conjunction. That was the only thing, everything else was flawless. Thank you for a pleasant meal.
Kid-friendliness: Really kid friendly. They get colouring menus and crayons on arrival and staff are all attentive to little ones.

Was busy but still got amazing service. Poppy was lovely and very chatty and kind and helped with everything. The food was delicious, pizzas were massive and all priced well. I also got calamari as a starter and it was cooked to perfection, kudos to the kitchen for that. Mains came out very fast after starters and you could tell the communication between FOH and kitchen was smooth! Very well-run restaurant!

It was great! Food was perfect we had a fonduta sharing board and pizza which was amazing, the lady who served us was fabulous, friendly and fast. The atmosphere was beautiful, amazing place.
