I think it's a breath of fresh air to deal with people who are friendly, can spare the time and are professional and in a fairly fast paced industry are efficient, Seems like a minimum requirement but it's not amongst estate agents (I deal with a few as a landlord/investor)If I was selling my house i would want/expect this level of service I received here - these guys (Julie Anne & Maya) do this (night and day compared to others I work with)

Your Move have been consistently helpful, responsive and also very personable, despite the stressful situation in Edinburgh with so many people looking to rent and so few flats. Callum made the whole process from (online) viewing to moving in really easy, kept me up to date on progress of applications, paperwork etc, which is a massive contrast to the other estate agents I've been in contact with. A nice balance between attentiveness of private landlords and the benefits/protections of a property management agency. Also the portals that Your Move use are really handy and easy to use. I've already recommended this place to some colleagues in Edinburgh, would recommend them to anyone else thinking about letting with them too.Oh and the moving-in pack was amazing, it even had a Rituals shower gel in?!

We've been in our property for just over a year now and have had no issues at all since we've been here.Any communication we've had with Your Move has been dealt with in such a friendly, professional manner and made everything seem so easy.I've just finished an inspection with Callum who was brilliant, nice guy to speak with and didn't make it feel uncomfortable or awkward as some inspections have made me feel in the past with other agencies before. We used Your Move for selling (Edinburgh) and purchasing (Livingston). Maya from the Edinburgh branch made the impossible, possible for us. Our offer was accepted for our dream house, therefore, we had to move very quickly with selling our flat. I first contacted Maya on Monday, the same week on Friday our flat was already on the market. Within 4 days she managed to meet me in person at my flat, arrange a home report and media package with a virtual tour, on Saturday we had our first viewing. We had several offers on the flat and we accepted the offer within 9 days from the day the flat was posted online. Maya was very professional, helpful, patient, and prompt with answering any queries, was very transparent about the cost and what was included within the price, so there was no surprise at the end. She made the overall experience very smooth and we cannot recommend her enough.
