Hi Wickes.
We spent £400 with you last week and made great savings on materials however I've just been sent a £100 fine for parking for 103 mins at your store. It took time to fill 2 trolleys of goods.
Can you get this fine cancelled as seems absolutely crazy

Great sales team, great finance options
Amazing fitters !
Poor delivery, bashed unites, missing things creating delay and delay and delay. First delivery May 21st 2025, 18.08.25 project isn't finished not seeing the end of this.
Customer service doing what they can with what they have.
Complaint service : useless.
Overall, wouldn't go back.

Went looking for turf. Website said it was here but on arrival was informed it was online only. Bit of a wasted journey. That said I was told very politely.

Absolutely appalling service today from the manager Morton, or possibly Moron, how to hack off a customer who was planning to buy a Chester Kitchen . Rude, obnoxious, unapologetic and frankly not fit to do the job!!!!

Very very dusty, pallets laying all over the place, online buy trolleys full of items & just sitting near tills. First time visiting Wickes in 10 years since it moved away from edin fort Kinnaird.. probably won't be back..

Good place for wood (sheets cls,) cement but prices of others materials can be slightly higher so check the prices before going .Friendly staff.

This is a great store with really helpful staff, good stock, and good prices. I just wish they had some bike parking spaces. I know there aren't many people cycling to Wickes, but it wouldn't be too difficult or expensive to install a couple of cycle stands, and with cargo bikes etc. growing in popularity, it would be a great move for the store. Hope they read this and get some put in!

I purchased a bathroom and had it installed through Wickes. I made a formal complaint two months ago, but have received no response. They promise everything that is not feasible and do not assist you in resolving issues until you are satisfied with your bathroom.
John designed my bathroom but over-promised and under-delivered. After I paid my money, he has avoided any further communication.
Use them with caution.

Avoid this store, I ordered a kitchen from them, until I paid for the kitchen everything was ok. But it turned out that we had a few problems along the way, mistakes of our designer. But the store does not like to help and they will even punish their customers for their mistakes and delivering damaged elements. They will make you drive 40 minutes to their store one way because the store employee made a mistake. To this day I have not received a refund for one white door that was delivered damaged. I will definitely never use this store and this company again and I will discourage anyone who wants to buy there from this store.
