This branch's staff are well mannered and welcoming. They made my day. In addition, you'll find a Scottish tea blend that you wouldn't find to buy in London. Grabbing some tea or hot choc from them is a must.

My experience at this shop was truly exceptional. The place is lovely and offers a wonderful variety of teas that are definitely worth trying. What stood out most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff ? everyone was kind and welcoming. I?d especially like to thank Ms. Lauren, who kindly explained the tea I chose in detail and went the extra mile to help translate everything clearly. She also wrapped the cups and teapot beautifully and with great care, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this shop ? it?s not just about buying tea, it?s about enjoying a refined and delightful experience.

A delightful shop with exceptional service and products! Whittard of Chelsea in Edinburgh is a must visit for tea lovers. Went to this outlet a few days ago. Cashier was so nice and apologised for crunching on a cookie while serving us. She even offered me and my friends cookies and recommended them to us! There was also free hot chocolate at the entrance, which was a nice treat!

I ordered a few items online, paid for them, and went to pick them up before my class. When I arrived, I was told that two of the three items I ordered were unavailable. I was also informed that my order was only a reservation and had not been paid for. I had to explain to the female assistant that I had already paid, showing her my bank transaction record and email confirmation. She then referred me to the male manager, Micah. I had to explain everything again to him, and his reaction was really strange?almost as if he were a detective and I was a suspect. This wasn?t the first time I encountered rude behavior at this store, and it was the second time it came from the same man. The previous time I helped a friend who doesn?t speak English to buy tea. When I was translating Chinese to English and then English to Chinese, this manager was very impatient. It?s a cute store with teas I enjoy, but I?ve decided to cross it off my list.
