Great experience, staff were great, they didn?t have my medicine in stock but reassured me they would order it for the next day which they did, received a text then went to collect it, easy peasy!

Terrible service and rude staff, my grandmother who?s 81 years old, walked from her house to the chemist this morning at 9am to collect her prescription, to her surprise the chemist wasn?t open, she thought she?d give them time and go back at lunch time, an elderly women opened shutter and told my grandmother they were closing and there was nothing she could do to help.

Staff very helpful and friendly. I know they are under more pressure since boots at fisherrow closed. But they seem to be on top of the vast increase in prescriptions.

Went in with the wife who wasn't feeling great and managed to speak to a pharmacist within a couple minutes. Helpful and cheerful staff members everytime I've been in for something.

Since Claire and Leah left it's gone right downhill.Last 2 prescriptions have been processed and checked by different staff and been given wrong strength of medication!

We enjoyed a fantastic meal here just before Xmas. The restaurant was full and has a great buzz. Service was excellent and the food was amazing. The Scallop special and harbour bowl both went down a treat and we can?t wait to go again.

Popped into Well Pharmacy for the first time today to see if they had the anti-biotics I was needing as no other pharmacy had them in stock. I was in and out with my prescription within a couple of minutes and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I bought some trainer wipes and the lady who served me was just lovely. I had a hard day up until then and her smile and chat really cheered me up. I didn't catch her name but she was very polite with sort of red glasses on.

We visited the chip shop instead of the restaurant. Inside is lovely with great interior. For food we got fish and chips, however, we did find a hair in one of our suppers. Despite this we did have a good chippy tea and would go back.

Without exception, the BEST fish and chips I have EVER had. Light, crispy batter, lovely, flakey fish and smashing chips. Topped of with Tartare Sauce and Mushy Peas - grand!!

Recommended by many but again not overwhelmed. Friends mussel starter was nice but polpette was overcooked. The fish of the day was also unfortunately over cooked, truffle chips amazingly tasty, nice but not fabulous, o can do better at home. Staff were lovely

Rang ahead to reserve a table and arrived within 15 minutes at 5.50pm where we were given a choice of tables. Was given refreshing glass of water and made our order of just a main course each. Tables started to fill up around us so it was a great atmosphere. Unfortunately from there on it quickly went downhill. Due to surgery I'd not eaten for several days so was looking forward to my meal. 30 minutes later, our neighbouring table, who sat down 10 minutes after us received their starters. On looking around others who'd also sat down after us were now eating their meals too. We asked how long our food would be and few minutes later it magically arrived. I was deeply disappointed. My fillet of lemon sole was smothered with melted butter and obscured by a pile of capers and was much much smaller than the waiter had led me to believe. I didn't order a side dish as I was told it had a small accompanying salad,the reality was just a few garnish leaves. Everyone around me was shocked, and comments were made about length of waiting time and portion size. The fish was at best mediocre, and as I'd finished before others around me it was obvious there was something amiss. When a waiter came over to investigate, he offered a side dish in recompense, I accepted a mixed salad. However, even this turned out to be little more than a mixed bowl of leaves. I immediately went to the local supermarket where I picked up some food to make a meal at home. My husband, who had the haddock and chips said it was delicious but felt it was overpriced. The overall experience was very hit and miss, as it was for the couple on the neighbouring table who had battered squid and king prawns with fries. I wouldn't call this an award winning restaurant anymore, and I doubt we will return until their standards change. Can find just as good to eat at the local fish n chip takeaway down the street.
