Worst experience ever. Rushed in for end of life medicine for my father that GP had faxed over. They gave me an incomplete prescription. Nurses administering realised and called them. Rushed back, no apology, no empathy, made out it was my fault and made me wait 15 minutes despite having been called by DR. Disgusting. Agree with previous review - feels like run by cocky, jobsworthy teenagers. I hope you ladies are proud of yourselves.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in Edinburgh if not UK. The staff is incompetent and giving wrong information about the medicine order. Truly disappointing and annoying. I feel sorry for the one star I had to give!

The staff are amazing. They work hard constantly, but are kind and go out of their way to solve problems. Even the ones created by the GP surgeries. They are very decent people and deserve encouragement from their customers and employers.

Very disappointment with this pharmacy.I requested my repeat prescription, I called them days later as I hadn't heard from them. They tell me that it will be ready on the following day (Saturday).I called them on the day to make sure that it is or it will be ready, they don't answer the phone, I tried three times....I go to the pharmacy, and I almost do not enter because it looked closed, it was open but they couldn't bother opening shutters or the the door completely?!?!I go in, I said "Hello" three times before the guy acknowledges that I''m there (I'm the only customer), I explain the situation, he looks into the prescriptions but needs to ask a second member of the staff that was in the back office. Meanwhile, the phone rings, they hung up directly, without even answering. This happens two/three times.The girl checks my prescription to say that no, they haven't received my medicine and can't tell me when to expect it. They couldn't bother less...I decided to take my prescription an go somewhere else where I manage to collect it straight away.I wonder what Well Pharmacy think they are dealing with, it is our health! we need those medicines.... !Terrible, terrible service!

Amazing staff. Stacey is so lovely funny and just an amazing person to get on with all the staff are exceptional at there job and always ask how you are. Its number 1 chemist in my eyes.

As useless as they come!!!Took over a week to dispense a prescription and then is was something completely different in the bag!Fuming as it is a repeat prescription and I told them that I ran out.

Been here a few times now for various reasons because we live on the same street. Always leave frustrated. Not a single time was there a positive outcome.The staff ignore you for ages whilst chatting amongst themselves. Their advice after waiting for them to finish always ends in: ?Try boots at the bottom of leith walk?.Which is also my advice to anyone reading this.. don?t waste your time on this useless pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. It feels run by teenagers whose fake lashes get stuck together so no wonder they can't function. They give you dribs and drabs of prescriptions after making you wait half or 3 quarters of an hour every time.Enjoy watching your child suffer whilst you wait for days for a prescription. We are now a week on from giving them a prescription, having it half filled, and they keep promising the remainder will be in tomorrow at 2 pm but it's not. They are rude and enjoy being as unhelpful as possible. When one expresses one's needs they will purposefully ignore them and repeatedly tell one not to come back to the pharmacy again!We have used this pharmacy for 6 years, bought formula and other items here. It was fine till this year but now I will never return. I will take my business elsewhere and I highly recommend everyone else does too, unless you enjoy having your time wasted and your children suffer!

Very unprofessional - they have only half filled all my prescriptions for weeks and even lost one. As the wait times are so long, I feel I've lost hours on end - do not use this pharmacy if you don't like your time being wasted!
