Partner showed up.at 12 today only to be told pharmacist was only in til 11 and that they had shut at 11.10 ,she wasn't able to pick up her prescription and now has to go.all weekend without her medication, there was a pharmacy worker waiting outside in a car to tell her they were closed, absolutely appalling

This is my honest review 1 star I have lived in the UK for nearly 48 years and I have seen nothing like it and this is no word of a lie.
I give my prescription over to the man the black man just incase theirs more men their he just makes ithe order up not asking is it ok you come another day no gives me it in a bag and tells me you'll get the rest on Monday so I gently tell him I will get it all on Monday just keep this or now he pushes it forward to me I say no again and much it gently push it back he does the same again I say ok I take it put it by because I know the order is not going to be ready by Monday Monday comes what I say is correct all they are interested in is the money they couldn't care less about the prescription holder I bring the full bag of medication back sure enough the doors are locked they try and wave me away I wave them to open the door they eventually open the door the little again lady is like chuky out the horror movie shouting saying we can't accept this back I told her I will not take it they die didn't give my prescription back either so rude so selfish only tell lies and they know this never again will I go into a well pharmacy again how they all got this job I will never know

I can?t thank the staff enough for being so helpful and understanding yesterday. I was in a bit of a jam and all three took the time to listen to my dilemma and help me get to a solution. Saidi in particular has a heart of gold :)

Just called asking about their quit smoking scheme as I've been diagnosed with COPD, the chap I spoke to was friendly and polite but when he asked the pharmacist if I needed an appointment for that or if it was a drop in service the man told me that the pharmacist said that I have to come in, fill a form in then quit smoking for a week before I can get anything to help me quit smoking...obviously if I could quit smoking by myself I wouldn't need nicotine replacement, especially on the most difficult week. I don't understand that attitude at all, I've secured an appointment with Boots who are more sensible about this matter. Where's the common sense?
