Do not order from this company if you are an international customer. I ordered a book as a birthday gift - it arrived after 20 days with ripped packaging and extensive damage to the spine and corners of the book. It was not in a giftable condition. I contacted Waterstones and was told they will do nothing for loss or damage in transit to the US. This despite paying 10GBP to ship a 23GBP book. If they are unwilling to make it right when an item is damaged or lost in transit, they have no business selling online.

Good bookstore inside the cameron toll shopping centre. Well laid out book collection. Good collection of history books. Lovely and always helping staff.
