The bookstore had a wide selection of books and gift items. There were also a lot of books under the buy one get one half price offer. The cafe had quick service and the pastries were great.

They have a large selection of books but most of their stuff is a bit pricey. Never seem to stray far from the RRP. The staff are knowledgeable but I prefer the independent bookstores.

Wonderful, sincere service led by friendliness and not corporate box-ticking. Serious barrister, too, who made an immaculate hot choc with latte art using skimmed milk! Black coffee was also dapper.

I don?t care for big chain bookstores But this Waterstones is the exception. First of all, they had every title I could think of. Secondly, the cafe view was absolutely beautiful. I sat there over an hour reading, looking out the window and sipping tea. A lovely afternoon. ???
