Quite upset at how security jump to conclusions. I understand it?s hard to tell who is going to shoplift as I myself worked at a co-op, but me just walking around shouldn?t warrant them to be all talking over the headset about me and then stopping me at the doors. I?m currently 39 weeks pregnant and was taking my time walking around, I sat down at the chairs after I paid to have a little rest before getting up and walking again, and that?s when I heard them all. I went to leave, a man stopped me quite assertively and asked to look in my bag, then under my coat. I opened it and it explained I?m pregnant hence the big bump and he tried to laugh it off, but I don?t really share the same humour. Asking a lady to open her coat and me having to explain my pregnancy is quite uncomfortable. I felt targeted as I am younger than the average new mother, however, that doesn?t mean I?d shoplift.

Rudest Waitrose customer service I have ever encountered. The automatic till scammed me of £14.55, but the amount was successfully taken off my bank account. The till screen froze after using my debit card, and the till supervisor insisted I pay again, which I naturally refused as the money went into pending in my bank account. 2 days later, the transaction became definitive. I have no evidence to support my claims. Avoid these scammers.

Terrible attention for the delivery drivers, today January 8, 2024 time 11:40am, I was waiting for an order for more than 40 minutes without any response, I was ringing and knocking on the door several times and no one answered, I went to the manager and told him I explained, he supposedly understood what was happening and apologized to me, after this I supposedly went to pick up the order, but the response of a young blonde-haired worker was unpleasant and despotic, arguing that they were busy and that she regretted my wait. for more than 1 hour slamming the door in my face when I tried to talk to her, it's unfortunate that there are people like that working for the public and for this company...very disappointed in the truth about that place.

Lovely clean store very polite and helpful staff prices are ok to so nothing not to like but if you want the free tea or coffee mind your own cup my missus was gutted will definitely be back and cup in hand keep up the very good work

I want to express my frustration with how the the ?Think 25? rule, which has inconvenienced me on multiple occasions is used. Today, I came to purchase Lemsip for my sick girlfriend, but unfortunately, I didn?t have my ID with me. A staff member, who unfortunately lacked flexibility, informed me that I couldn?t buy it and that I had to go home to retrieve my ID. I understand that the rule aims to prevent underage purchases, but in this case, I was simply trying to buy medicine. There are times to enforce rules strictly and times to use common sense.Upon my return, another server wisely decided not to ask for ID because, I assume, they possessed common sense, unlike the previous staff member. My intention in writing this review is to stress the importance of occasionally bending the rules when warranted. As a result of this experience, I?m now inclined to shop elsewhere, where employees exhibit common sense. While teaching your employees about ?Think 25,? please consider including a slide on the importance of common sense, as this unnecessary 30-minute detour has left a lasting negative impact on my day.

I just was in there. I bought some stuff , and in the till I realized that the cherry tomates had a different price that the one in the stand. So I told the cashier I didn't want it then. He called the manager. They charged me for everything, asked me to walk to the welcome desk and gave me a voucher for 3 pounds (the price of the tomatoes) . I just payed in cash!!!! Why they ask me to walk to another part of the supermarket to give me a voucher card? Such a waste of time! Ridiculous! But I have to come back to spend my £3. Horrendous!

Handy store located on Morningside Road with a roof top car park. Lifts are available to transfer your shopping trolley back to your car as the store is at ground floor.

In the middle of a housing estate!Parking on the roof. Tidy store, staff ok, pricey but goid quality produce. The food to go section was low on stock hence 4 stars.

Terrible supermarket, bought lots of things and thought parking was 2 hours. £50 parking charge. Other supermarket's parking is free for up to 2 hours. Will go elsewhere.
