Served today by a girl called Nila, unable to give any eye contact, didn?t apologise for the long wait, and seemed unable speak or show any human traits at all. GenZ at its finest. Stared at screen clicking keys with her cheap black nail polish for 15 mins without any explanation of what she was doing. When questioned re. what was happening she stayed silent and didn?t look up at all. Not sure if Vodafone train staff on how to serve people. Speaking and looking at them would be a good start. This experience truly was a shocker. Fed back to assistant manager but he didn?t seem interested at all.

Really bad customer experience with this company what is worst the even didn?t try to improve.
Actually I signed up a new business contract for 18 months and when my old one expired Vodafone just cut my connection without any updates, also they didn?t transfer my old number to new contract but gave me next day new one and as result I lost few customers and my existing customers was very disappointed when I called them from new phone number and need explain why I change my phone number ((.
Anyway this story will not change their service because they don?t care unfortunately (((

I am not happy with this vodafone network because it charges me to much like just for iPhone 12 64 GB £73 A month 43 Data plan and im just using 10 to 12GB and now they are not changing my data plans any no one can help me same like live agents no so my friend have o2 they just pay 15£ a month and he is so happy so i am going to switch to any other network i am not satisfied with o2

I had issues which were not resolved via online chat. Went into store today to get some help. Alan and Vilius were great, solved problem and gave me advice on a wifi issue also. Hold on to these fab employees Vodafone.

Buisiess not so good in these phone shops these days ,but this shops been in this location for ages ,virgin came and went three other larger phone shops nearby so scope for everyone ,but when you buy from Vodafone Do you realy need to send as many e.mails afterwards my phones clogged up and I don't even have the phone it was got as a gift for my grandson ,he's getting no e.mails and am binning loads

Awful. Wanted to buy a PAYG mobile data sim but was persuaded against my better judgement by Darren to take a pay monthly account and cancel despite previous issues cancelling with Vodafone. He didn?t let on it was actually a business account I was being signed up for. The direct debit was not set up properly, didn?t receive bills, wasn?t given the necessary details to set up an online account and payment wasn?t taken and I was therefore chased by their debt recovery company. Cancelled and settled the payment but I?m now being chased by the recovery co again for the final payment - again no bill received. Tried phoning to make payment but they refuse as my account is cancelled and say I must go into the shop to reset my account. Really loathe to have anything to do with this untrustworthy company and their even more untrustworthy store and employees
