Walked in the people told me they will be right with me and to sit to the side. 20 minutes later I walked up to several employees who weren't doing anything and they told me there were 4 people before me. We were alone in the store

Poorly organised store. Surely leave a person free to do quick enquiries or annoy and loose customers.
Just like their 191 support. They respond and resolve an issue you call about. But unfailingly cause something else to go wrong on your account.
Shout out to VILNIUS. Superb service from him in store taking the initiative. Sorted me out in 10 minutes.

I recently went to collect my new iPhone 16 pro however I changed my mind and wanted to take iPhone 16 pro max instead of iPhone 16 pro, the lady told me that I can cancel that order and place a new one, but I think she was disinterested to take the new order and help me, she silently took my bank card verified and handed the phone to me, and told me I can return it within a week or so it was just the start of the day and so lazy ? I dint even feel like opening the seal of the phone. I also felt she was very rude, I would rather go to another store than this one. Not all but most of the customer care representatives at this store are very arrogant. I wish I could give zero stars.

I walk in on last monday to your store to renew my contract but the staff was busy in their personal whatsapp chat which I saw and making me wait. I dint feel it was good. Please refrain from using phones when you are infront of customer which dint looks good as a customer. Just because of this approach I am quitting your service in couple of weeks.
