Very friendly staff at Vino, combined with their impressive expertise, have made each visit a memorable one. What sets them apart is their ability to provide fantastic recommendations tailored to our budget, ensuring that every purchase is both satisfying and affordable. They also have a diverse collection of local craft beers. Appalling and rude! Popped in for a bottle of wine to be greeted by the rudest duo in town, nothing worse than being insulted by someone when first you ask for advice and two not to be thanks for spending money in their shop. I?d say avoid at all cost they?ll do nothing for your self conscience. Disgusting!

A little hidden gem in the heart of the local community. As an independent wine shop, it offers a carefully curated selection of wines from around the world.. The staff are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to share their expertise and recommendations.. The shop's welcoming and friendly atmosphere. highly recommended

I went into the shop tonight on the way home from Xmas shopping. I?ve lived in Spain for the past 20 years and I?m used to excellent wines from Spain for around 10 euros a bottle, so I was completely lost. The very patient man in the shop picked me out a Les Coteaux - Côtes du Rhône Villages. It?s didn?t disappoint. The next time I might try a more expensive one to see what other amazing wines they have in store. Thank you!

I love this wine shop. The team is super friendly, know their stock extremely well and are always willing to help. Callum is a great laugh and always friendly, Kieran is the kindest guy on the block and Stevie is to blame for all my great wine choices. This is a staple in the community and I can?t recommend it enough!!!

Absolutely appalling 'welcome' and service. I am exempt from wearing a face mask for 2 reasons, and instead of being greeted, I was challenged about not wearing a facemask. For what it's worth, I'm in favour of challenging if people are exempt, but if they say they are, this should be taken at face value without having to go into details of what makes them exempt.When I explained I have asthma and showed my inhaler, I was told anyone could get an inhaler and asked if I had a lanyard.Literally anyone can buy a lanyard online for under £2! To get an inhaler requires an actual medical diagnosis, and to get one of the strength I'm on requires moderate to severe asthma.Not all disabilities are visible, but if this had been handled in a friendly and professional manner I'd have had no problem with being asked. Instead I was challenged, made to explain myself, then ultimately denied service.Absolutely appalling and I won't be back. It's a shame, because it looks like a nice shop.

Love this little gem on our street (Broughton Street), the staff are always so friendly and really take the time to tell you about the different beers and gins, it's such a treat popping down to Vino for a few weekend supplies or to treat guests to local beers when they come to visit Edinburgh :) Thanks Vino Broughton Street and see you again soon!
