My partner and I received fantastic service from Janet when we were in store on Saturday. Janet spent so much time listening to us and understanding what we are looking for from our honeymoon, she communicated with other team members to help us find the best flights and hotels for our trip and gave us time to think through our options. We could not have asked for a better experience, she really went the extra mile to make our booking easy and feed in to our excitement!

Staff were super welcoming when arriving to the store. Taken right away by Erin and within half an hour the booking was complete. She helped us find the right deal to save us money.

I received the best customer service from Karen in your fort kinnaird branch. She was so attentive, patient and genuinely wanted to help me find the holiday I was looking for. Karen was very kind and talked me through all aspects of the holiday and what I should expect. She was brilliant with my children and involved them in the booking. She showed them photos of different hotels and really got them involved in the process. It was winner when she let my youngest hit the submit button on the booking which she loved! I was seen straight away in the store and had picked and paid for the holiday within 40 minutes due to Karen?s kindest and knowledge. Thanks again.

Myself and my husband had came to TUI to book a holiday for our honeymoon, and we met the lovely Katy and she assisted us through our journey, and advised we got our eta's first. And we got them approved and proceeded. O was very happy with the service I recieved and would recommend Katy!

Went into this store as I was having issues at my local one. Karen saw me right away and not only did she help me sort out my issue with my local store by putting me in direct contact with their manager, but she went out of her way to assist me in my booking. She was so kind and reassuring and sat with me for a good 40 minutes talking me through absolutely everything I needed to know about my holiday. I can?t thank her enough! What was a stressful situation before entering the store is now, once again, one of excitement. Thank you Karen!
