In the 2 months since I switched to TSB they have allowed someone to open a fraudulent account with the same details as me, failed to send me a debit card (3 times), and are now refusing to pay the switch incentive because I haven't used my non-existent debit card in time. Absolutely crooked.
Customer support is hard to get hold of and useless when you do. Complaints are treated with contempt. I've wasted more hours dealing with them than I care to count. I've even been told that I'm to blame for my cards and PINs not arriving.
I know we're used to companies treating their customers badly these days, but TSB, incredibly, have raised the bar of terrible customer service to new heights.

Terrible customer service. TSB bank has locked my business bank account for 2 weeks and have been useless at getting me access back to it. I have been on the phone with them everyday and sent them multiple mails via first class delivery but yet nothing has been resolved. My business has lost money because I can?t access my account at all. No one has been useful, its a scam bank instead of a real bank. If your thinking of getting a TSB account don?t, there are many other banks in the UK who provide much better customer services and support.
Everyone is useless here, if you open a business account with them - consider your company lost

It's wildly unprofessional for a financial insutution to be spamming me with somebody else's banking messages. Unsubscribing isn't even an option without a login, which I don't have. No wonder they're rated 1.6/5 on GMaps.

To get the TSB to do what they should do, I have had to go to the Financial Services Ombudsman 5 times over the last 4 years. All my complaints were up held and I received compensation every time ranging from £50 to £320. The most stupid was that they refused a cheque because I wrote MR and they chose not to see the bar of the R and said there was no MP with that name.

If you like having your time wasted and being inconvenienced at every turn this is the bank for you. Terrible, from their error ridden switch service and account opening, to their undermanned and broken phone system, and unreliable and undertrained staff. Wasted hours trying to work through their nightmare system and now just want rid of them! Their complaints team can't even get it right. Worst experience with a bank I've ever had.

Recently I thought it would be a good idea, to take advantage of transferring to TSB, to gain some cash incentives. This however proved extremely difficult! At first I set up everything online, then when calling I attempted to organise a video banking appointment twice. This resulted in two missed appointments, due to it not being put in the system. On the third attempt I was assured a phone call back. After all this bother, I decided to cancel my account, as it would have resulted in me not meeting the timescales to gain cash incentives, due to everything being extremely delayed.

TSB has millions of my money of which l am informed by an unmonitored account, my money is in the Bank of Africa. Nigeria. Sick l cannot not travel and none of the numbers l have are working or answered The branches they have in the United States are closed Bonnie Kilroy, gave no direct contact information. The investigation of this Bank for 2 years will address the ILLEGATIES. This will do nothing to get my funds stolen from me. If anyone can give me an updated number for BANK, thank you. Needless to say l am very upset about this. The Authorities have Their objectives, my objective is to get my moneyoobjectthis year, my object is to get my money out of these crooks, and the organizations help them, trying to stop others from being abused by TSB Bank. They do not give you a negative star option so I leave the least star one is required, to let all know this bank is infinitely awful.infinitely negative.

It?s time to move my account to a better bank. I?m looking for a bank that either answers the phone with a human being or has a sophisticated voice recognition system to get me efficiently to speak to someone. I would also like a bank which has a phone number for its head office so that I can call if I need to. And someone in Head office who will reply to a letter once sent. Oh, and an email address would be nice. It?s 2023 after all!
