Uncharacteristically I encountered a problem with an online order from Trespass. However, when I visited the shop within Ocean Terminal I was introduced to the manager (Joel) whom couldn?t have been more helpful. Within minutes, I walked out of the shop with replacement items at discounted prices. Furthermore, my online order was fully refunded into my bank account within two days. Flawless customer service from very friendly store staff (!) quickly redeemed my trust in Trespass as my ? go to ? supplier for all my outdoor pursuit requirements. Well done and thank you to all Ocean Terminal Trespass staff.

Amazing customer service. Was going on holiday for the end of year period, and needed last minute hiking items; the staff went above and beyond and made sure I had everything just before I left for Switzerland! Thanks again!!

Popped in to see if they had anything suitable for my mutant body. Assistant was actually honest, and we found nothing that actually fitted, so 4 stars for the fact that I found nothing. But five stars for the honesty of staff, so great to find honest sales staff, will try again when looking for something else.

Ocean Terminal really is a one-stop shop. It has everything!! Including Trespass. they are all things outdoor. Tents, backpacks, hiking boots, jackets, trousers, everything. The staff are really friendly too, more than happy to help and extremely knowledgeable. The price is a bit much, but I'm told that this is typical of outdoor places.

In the last couple of years, train journeys to Oban past the rolling countryside, plus a fishing trip last summer, have combined to give me a new-found interest in the great Scottish outdoors. I'm determined to walk the West Highland Way before too long, though realistically it's looking like next summer before I'll get a chance to do it. When I do strap a pair and take the trip though, Trespass will likely be my first stop for camping stoves, a tent, and a nice pair of hiking boots. They have pretty much everything you'll need to survive a short trip to the wild.
