“I visited yesterday for a standard re-stuffing of an old & well loved bear and also came away with a new small fry friend I’d had my eye on. Tamsyn assisted me and was great with the whole process and made me feel very comfortable throughout . I also spoke with Kieran; they were both lovely, very helpful and very good at their jobs. “Lovely staff here ,very helpful every time I've been in .But today- absolutely above and beyond and I wasn't even buying anything! Having purchased a huge balloon from the card shop and they had no bags I decided to ask if I could purchase one from the entertainer.lovely guy,Murray who I assumed to be the manager and his 2 staff, Michael and Chloe went out if thier way,particularly Murray, to help me with a bag and fitting the enormous balloon into it ! They did not need to give me a bag,nor help they could easily have said oh sorry,we've not a bag big enough !! But instead went out of thier way to help ! Really made my day !”

“We recently visited this store for a last minute purchase! We’re from the Scottish Borders and accidentally arrived without a pram during our day trip, due to this we thought it would be beneficial to upgrade our daughter’s trike which she could use for our family day out. We fully expected to purchase a trike and leave building it ourselves in the car park. Ross the assistant couldn’t have been better! He stayed with us from start to finish, recommending which one and helping us to the till. To my disbelief Ross helped build our trike while interacting with our daughter! We really didn’t expect such great customer service as we’ve visited this store before and unfortunately didn’t have the same experience. Ross made our trip fun and one to remember! Shopping with a 1.5 year old can be challenging and he made us feel completely at ease, as first time parents who don’t shop in town often this meant a lot to us.
