Ordered items for next day collection. No notification by text, so assume items not arrived for collection yet. Thought I'd phone to ask\check...no point no number for branch...central number only, which closes at 5 and only open Mon-Friday.
Very poor cs...strongly suggest you move to Screwfix, they have branch numbers...open branch hours.

This is my shop to go if I need right tools for my construction projects. Stuff is very friendly and always try to help. They need to know better products what they sale but it can be ok.
Really nice to have many brunches around city for fast tools purchase.
