Everything was perfect, it felt like like a scene from a 90's chick flick, the staff were chatty and welcoming, also gave me loads of tips about Edinburgh and the hair wash was beautiful!I couldn't quite catch the name of my hairdresser but she looked exactly like Adele so that might narrow it down haha.

Gillian worked miracles. I had real issue with extreme tangling as my hair started to come out but when started to grow it was tangled and got worse and i couldnt deal with it. She looked after me the whole time and ubderstood me being emotional about it. Really grateful to her.

From walking in the door upon arrival, right through having your hair done, to leaving, the staff and salon are both inviting and welcome. The relevant staff member consults with you about what it is you would like done and together you agree on what's right for you. All the staff are very knowledgeable and may even have a recommendation that is even better than what you were considering.
