I'm usually a big fan of Toby Carvery but came.away disappointed from this restaurant. The temperature in the restaurant was like a sauna, really uncomfortable. The food was below standard too. The roast pork was overcooked, dry and chewy. The vegetables were also overcooked and mushy. The rest was just quite tasteless. Don't have a toby in my hometown so was looking forward to it but came away regretting it

Disappointing stay overall. Rooms were overly warm with no ventilation, and street noise made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was poor, and the £200 per night price felt far too high for the quality. That said, the staff were outstanding ? friendly, helpful, and truly 5/5. Unfortunately, the facilities didn?t match their effort.
