Awful service from the person serving carvery meat, left standing waiting 10 minutes waiting for someone to come back to serve the meat and they weren't willing to help cater to to allergies whatsoever. £12.99 for a portion that wouldn't even feed a child. Bar and serving staff were lovely but the rest of the experience was tarnished by all the other issues.

Breakfast - no options all the trays were empty from 10am - 10:30am. Everything was swimming in oil, blue plastic found in my food, and service was awful. No communication and ignoring us. Walked in and the woman on the desk was rude and couldn?t even show us to our table just told us how to find it. First visit and last.
