I'm not a massive fan of TK Maxx normally as the disorganisation of stock, sizes of clothing, etc, annoys me. But it wasn't too bad this time, and my daughter managed to find a couple of lovely tops and a pair of boots.

Staff seemed to want to rush everyone out at the end of the evening. 3 loud customer service announcements & two staff approached me to tell me it was closing time. This was all within 10 mins. Not a great experience in terms of customer care.

Not bad but could be better.
It's not a very big store and as such it seems very cramped walking around which makes it hard to browse and even harder to get past people who are looking at something. I'd hate to think how someone with limited mobility would get around the store.
They do have a good selection of stuff but bargains are not as easy to find as in other iterations of this shop. It was a bit more like a mad jumble sale with little organisation - sizes of clothing all over the place for example. It was relatively early in the day I visited so it's not like people had been moving them about while browsing, as sometimes happens elsewhere.

I visited the TK Maxx at Craigleith today and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. While browsing, I noticed a staff member watching me closely, which I initially dismissed. However, it became clear that this men was actually following me around the store without ever approaching or asking if I needed help. This made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and as if I were being treated like a shoplifter, which was quite unsettling.
The experience was uncomfortable enough that I decided to leave the store earlier than I had planned. It?s really disappointing, as I expect TK Maxx to offer a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel free to browse. I hope management will take this feedback to heart, as this experience has left me hesitant to return to this location.
