So i paid 25 pounds to get my clothes washed and got them back dirtier thab i left them, with hairs and stains???? I'm quite shocked at how bad it is

I do not recommend this service, £25 for something dirty to be returned to you, I tried to explain to the manager that the smell was horrible and she came to attend to me very aggressively. this service has been the worst!!!
