Do not go there for passport photos. The guy does not know how a DSLR works and is too sensitive about his sub-par skills. He was not ready to show the picture before printing and the print came out horrible. I do not have the prettiest face, but if my picture looks like someone else, something is wrong with the photographer.

Fantastic help and cheerful service from Duncan. He fixed my watch quickly and economically, whereas another shop had failed. Really great. The shoe repair service at this store is also very good.

Tried to send in a mechanical watch to get it running again. The shop took it saying it needed to send the watch elsewhere for fixing. Didn't get back to me for weeks and I had to go to the shop to ask for it back. It had not been fixed. Was treated rudely when I asked how long a typical watch would last if it was fixed to run again.

Absolute disaster
Refused to print passport picture from my own memory card purely as gentleman working over the counter has no knowledge of using technology
Explained how to and was told about intention breaking their camera, plenty of services on same street, spend money there!
Daily 10refusals like this lose 60 quid for business in this branch good luck on making targets and not coming back for any other services here
