The best one of all! Amazing customer service! The keys did not work. So went to get a refund and got it with no questions asked, in spite of getting them done months ago! Also got a very helpful advice on how to proceed next with my "unduplicatable" keys!

Morningside, Edinburgh) Needed to get new heels on some dress boots in the next few days.Timpson did a great job and put in a small repair to both boots before replacing the heels. All work was explained to me before they started. I could have picked my boots up 3 hours later!When I went in the next day to pick up boots I got 2 copies of my house key made. This was a matter of mere minutes and both keys work perfectly.On both visits the staff were excellent. Helpful, friendly and efficient.Highly recommended.

Had a really poor experience at this store and the manager was extremely rude. Wasn?t interested in my complaint so I have lodged a complaint with his head office.I will not return to this shop. I would rather travel further and not be verbally abused.If I could give it zero stars I would.

Visited to get a broken lace point fixed on my work boot. The shopkeeper fixed it with a lacing rivet free of charge, very kind and much appreciated. Had to leave this man a positive review and recommend him for his kindness and a great fix for my boot that had been bothering me for some days.

Cannot recommend more highly - the helpful man who works there performed a miracle on my sons?s girlfriends old beloved cowboy boots which had fallen apart in all the recent rain - they looked fit for the bin to me , but they were returned as good as new ! She was thrilled to bits with them and no more soggy socks :) many thanks again

Went this shop this morning. The guy was not very friendly. I hade done the keys before and they did not work.went again today and tried to explain to him but he didn't not want to except. Basically thru me out of the shop.not worth

I have used Timpson, Morningside 4 times in the last year, laterally to have a watch face renewed. A branch of a large 'chain' business is only as good as the staff. Particular commendation to Steven who has worked here for some years. Always courteous, helpful, smiling and giving accurate details on what is/is not possible. The lifetime battery scheme is great value and my watch face repair was 1/2 the price of other quotes and took 5 days rather than the 4-6 weeks that alternative stores would have taken to undertake. Truly a 5* service.

Bought a lifetime watch battery at another branch, which failed, happened to be getting a key cut at Morningside branch and mentioned it to the young guy who worked there. He replaced it without question, wasn't expecting him too.Very pleasant too, not surprised they get good reviews.

Purchased a Lacoste ladies stainless steel bracelet watch from Amazon that was available at a greatly reduced price via Amazon Prime Wardrobe 7 day "Try Before You Buy" option. Therefore, to ensure it was still a bargain after being altered to fit my wee wrist I popped into my local Timpson store where I had previously seen great reviews on Google for Steven. He was both friendly and professional and altered the bracelet for me then and there, even adding a link after I thought two either side should be removed. We chatted while he was working - a local bakery owner even popped in with a coffee and muffin for him, there was a real friendly local retailer vibe going on ! The cost for this amazing service was just £8, yes folks that's right, £8. So not only does my lovely new watch fit me perfectly but I still got it for a bargain price. Steven already knows I have my eye on another watch and I will be back soon ! Hand sanitizer was also clearly visible for me to use on entry and mask wearing in force. I cannot recommend Steven or Timpson's highly enough. ?????

Popped into Timpsons for a quick shoe repair and was expecting to pay something like a tenner. 40 Pence for a key ring cover was all he wanted. Unbelievably fantastic service they offer. Very friendly. I shouldn't have been surprised because they are always fantastic. From what I hear they are a really good employer as well. Very impressed with them as a company and individually by the staff at the Morningside branch. A1 service. ??
