Always good service from Graeme at Timpsons on Morrison on Portobello Rd. Another branch failed to seal my waterproof watch after battery replacement. It let in water. Graeme bought me a new one, attached my old strap, and transferred the lifetime battery guarantee to the new watch.

Fantastic customer service - was printing out 56 photos and missed an obvious deal (50- copy deal) Graeme at the desk was super sound, before I finalised the order he?d noticed that I missed out on the deal (which would?ve cost me an extra £10) and fixed it for me without my even asking.
