“I purchased my floor tiles from Tile Star recently and they have been utterly amazing from start to finish. Most importantly, I need to give special thanks to Stephen at Tile Star on Salamander Street. I had a nightmare day recently, trying to get more tiles, as we found out we hadn’t purchased quite enough tiles. The tiler was half way through the job and the batch of required tiles was discontinued by the supplier. I phoned the shop, Stephen answered and I told him my predicament. I only had our tiler for a limited time to complete the job. Stephen went out of his way to help me acquire enough tiles enable the job to be finished. He phoned the other branch in Falkirk to check their stock, phoned the supplier and personally helped me to acquire enough tiles to complete the bathroom job, which I was half way through. He was thinking on his feet and really supported me. He went above and beyond and without Stephen’s help, the whole job would have been a disaster. So huge thanks to Stephen at Tile Star. It’s people like Stephen that make a good business great.”

“We would highly recommend Fired Earth on Castle street. My wife and I had been looking for tiles for a while for a our bathroom. We had been pretty overwhelmed with the choice that’s out there and couldn’t really settle (or agree!) on a selection of tiles. Lorraine and Fiona at Fired Earth gave us excellent advice and they have a real eye for design which we were badly needing! After their advice we settled on three different colours of tiles for our bathroom and we are delighted with their recommendations and the quality of the tiles.
