We bought boxes of tiles recently. We were assured by the sales manager we could return unopened boxes for a refund. Unfortunately when we attempted to do sothey refused to refund our money.Buyer beware of false assurrances.Would not recommend.

I purchased my floor tiles from Tile Star recently and they have been utterly amazing from start to finish. Most importantly, I need to give special thanks to Stephen at Tile Star on Salamander Street. I had a nightmare day recently, trying to get more tiles, as we found out we hadn?t purchased quite enough tiles. The tiler was half way through the job and the batch of required tiles was discontinued by the supplier. I phoned the shop, Stephen answered and I told him my predicament. I only had our tiler for a limited time to complete the job. Stephen went out of his way to help me acquire enough tiles enable the job to be finished. He phoned the other branch in Falkirk to check their stock, phoned the supplier and personally helped me to acquire enough tiles to complete the bathroom job, which I was half way through. He was thinking on his feet and really supported me. He went above and beyond and without Stephen?s help, the whole job would have been a disaster. So huge thanks to Stephen at Tile Star. It?s people like Stephen that make a good business great.

great range of tiles and the price is great staff are really knowledgeabl. I recently purchased some porcelain tiles in a marble effect for my kitchen floor. At first I wasn't to sure about the til. I was then told by the salesman that I w be better taking the tile home and seeing what it looks like so glad I did after all my kitchen floor looks great I recommend checking out this store

Phoned Tile Star to order a specific tile trim to match existing tiling (as suggested by the manufacturer of the trim).I was advised that the Tile Star agent would call me back but no call was ever received.I called Tile Star a week later to discover that there is a minimum order of £75 which was not mentioned in initial phone call.Very disappointed in the service provided.

I visited the Tile Star store in Falkirk today, for the second time. My wife and I are delighted with the selection of colourful mediterranean-style decorative outdoor-tiles we chose on our first visit, to cover a new retaining wall built out in our garden - we think they look absolutely fantastic and couldn?t be happier with them.Tile Star, have a large comprehensive range of tiles to choose from. However, the thing that struck me most on both occasions, was their customer service - they could not have been more helpful. I really do think they?re worth the five stars I?m giving them in my review and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to choose new tiles for whatever purpose.

I visited Tile Star last week thinking I needed different tiles than the ones I was trying to install in my kitchen and Dane kindly explained that the tiles were fine but that we were using the wrong tools! He was happy to explain what we were doing wrong and at no point tried to sell us anything along the way. Thanks again Dane and I will certainly come to you for any future tiling materials I might need.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. I went in to find some matching tiles to fix some broken ones in my bathroom. Although they didn?t have they advised me where I could go and once I had the right tiles helped me cut them to size and gave advice on what to do. I will definitely be going back for my next tiling job!

During the arduous process of revamping our bathroom we looked at several different tile shops and decided to place our order with Tile Star so glad we did.The Leith showroom has a good selection of tiles on display boards,giving you a better idea what they would look like in situ.We found their prices to be very competitive, you can also take samples home for a small charge,unlike some other companies, they refund the charge when you return the unwanted samples.We tried quite a few different samples before deciding and it was never a problem. On placing our order we were given a date when our tiles would be available and this was adhered to.Our shopping experience was definitely enhanced with the excellent service we received from Dayne. He is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very patient, without doubt he is an valuable asset to Tile StarOur work has just been completed and I am delighted with the finished result.Thank you Tile Star but especially Dayne you are a star ??

Can't recommend Tile Star highly enough - from the initial visit with Christine to the collection of the tiles. Christine was very helpful and provided me with free samples to take away so I get see them in situ in my kitchen which made it much easier to decide. The tiles I chose were not in stock but they they managed to speed track the delivery from the supplier and were in stock within 48 hours which was amazing. Great Customer Service and selection of tiles at Tile Star. Big Thanks to all the Team especially Christine & Mark!
