As always I travel to the fort from wishaw just to see my wee pal Si Singh, a excellent young man who has been sorting my phone contracts out for the last 4 or 5 times. So helpful and funny I always get a wee hug from him... also the manager Sam saved me money and got me a fantastic deal which was brilliant, I'll 100% be back in 2yrs to get my new phone again.

Very bad customer service I was in the shop a month ago before my holiday to upgrade my plan to a option to have 70 days free roaming with 12G data and after I came back I have issued with a big bill.
Today I went to the store and the shop manager ,, Samuel,,said I am lying How can you say that to a customer anyway. Bad very bad customer service

Saved an item to my three basket, followed the websites steps, it gave me a reference number that it says I can take to the store and they would run up the deal, when I got to the store a women called Sonnam said she couldn?t run the deal up and that I was to go home and finish the process there, even though the website said I could go into the store????? What?s going on?? Why is there never any real costumer appreciation with these companies, I?ve been with THREE almost 10 years.

I?m not usually one for leaving negative feedback and would much rather focus on the positives however this store severely lacks any. I?m also aware this is a lengthy complaint from which I?ll receive nothing but a generic response from customer service however I feel potential customers should know to go elsewhere as three are useless in practically every sense of the word.
I bought a monthly 5G broadband hub, as a temporary solution to no WiFi when we moved into our home, from this store in June 2024 - at the time a female colleague who wore a grey headscarf failed to explain this was not a PAYG, as well as the return policy for when I was finished with the device. This then had me under false pretences as their sales skills are poor never mind customer service itself. I believe this was due to rushing the sale and wanting me out the shop so she could get back to doing nothing.
Since this day only one male employee with a grey/blue turban has been any help on one of the multiple occasions I?ve gone into the store when having problems with the return of it - I have to say he was friendly enough, able to calm my frustrations and provide some help at the time although my issue wasn?t sorted entirely after this advice.
Any time I?ve been in regarding this product, their shop has been quiet yet the staff as a whole cannot be bothered to help you unless they?re getting a sale. All of the female colleagues are too busy gossiping to be of any proper use - they must get taught to write down customer service number and try to send you on your way as part of their training as this has happened to me twice when I?ve been in about it (once in November, from a female colleague who wears a black headscarf, and the other this morning, from a female wearing glasses, before I had to go back in and ask for actual help).
Their customer service is generally shocking and you won?t get much help via the three customer service number they do give you either. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service earlier today while in store and not once did a staff member (there were 3 on the shop floor and only one of them was busy at a given time throughout my phone call) ask me if I was okay/reassure me/apologise.
I think three in general take your money and continue to do so, even after return of the product, with lots of loopholes and difficulties in returning things and unfortunately the fort kinnaird staff don?t seem to give a crap about how upset you are or attempt to resolve the matter themselves. I wasn?t a three customer before this and definitely won?t be again.
O2, who I?ve had multiple phone contracts with, have a store next door to here. Their staff are kind, helpful and couldn?t be any better to resolve a problem should you have one so I?d advise going there instead.

I visited this store last week and received amazing service from the staff. I've been with Three for almost 5 years now, and I don't think I've received this level of service before. The assistant manager Sirinder was more than helpful. I went in not knowing how to fix the issue with my phone and he helped me so easily. The staff was over all incredibly kind and Sirinder was very understanding. I definitely recommend to come to this store.
