Anjum was really knowledgeable and helpful, made me feel at ease and open to hearing about the products. I left the store having saved money and with a new iPad. In addition I?ve changed to Three for my broadband, again saving money HOORAY! I continue to be a happy loyal customer ?

I had a fantastic experience at the Three store in Cameron Toll Shopping Centre.
Wiktoria provided exceptional customer service?she was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the available plans in detail. Her clear explanations and friendly approach made it much easier for me to choose the right plan to suit my needs. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help.
Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for broadband or mobile services!

The guys in this store were amazing.
Great help when choosing new phone and instant help with couple of glitches with three app. I will have no hesitation in recommending this store to friends and family.

From the moment I came in Kevin was a star. Had trouble with my home broadband and Kevin took no longer than 5 minutes solving the issue. Brilliant customer advisor they have in their hands

(Update for: ?Been calling you for 15 minutes and nobody answers. Useless.?)
After saying there is no response when I call the shop, they reply 5 MONTHS later to my comment. Sometimes, is better not to reply than replying and proving my point.
They replied typical sorry, which never changes the issue (if you have a phone number, be responsive, otherwise delete it if nobody ever answers and avoid customer frustation that leads to a change of provider).
So yeah, by now, as you can imagine, I am with another provider already.

Terrible customer service from a young male. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Totally over complicated a phone transfer from one account to another, have not had a phone for a week due to this.

Struggled a bit to switch to 3 online, so I dropped by the Fort Kinnaird store...Holly sorted everything out like an absolute champion in no time at all. Excellent service 15 out of 10!

This store is impossible! I have been trying to contact them for days to get an update on my order but nobody picks up the phone ?
I'd like to say it was bad customer service but the truth is, there is NO customer service.
